Demetris Demetriades is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Young Aviators Academy, an aviation education initiative dedicated to introducing young people to the world of aviation and helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and mindset required for careers in the aerospace industry. He is also actively involved in aviation compliance, safety management systems, regulatory oversight, and aviation training.
With a lifelong passion for aviation and education, he has focused his career on creating opportunities for aspiring pilots and aviation professionals by promoting industry best practices, safety culture, and structured aviation learning pathways.

Demetris Demetriades is a registered lawyer with the Cyprus Bar Association since 2013 focusing in the areas of corporate and aviation law. He has developed extensive experience within the aviation sector through his involvement in Dento Training, Cyprus leading Pilot Training Authorised Organisation. Demetris Demetriades is mainly focused on aviation compliance management, safety management systems, and aviation education initiatives. His work combines legal, regulatory, operational, and educational perspectives to support safe and effective aviation training environments.

Demetris Demetriades founded Young Aviators Academy with the vision of inspiring future generations of aviators through structured aviation education.
