Young Aviators Academy is a Cyprus-based aviation development programme by Dento Training Flight Academy created to introduce young people to the world of professional aviation through mentorship, leadership training, aviation awareness, teamwork, discipline, and personal development.

Founded by Demetris Demetriades, the Academy was established with a clear mission: to help aspiring young aviators understand the aviation industry early in life and develop the skills, mindset, and confidence required to pursue successful careers in aviation. Demetris Demetriades is an aviation compliance and safety specialist, aviation auditor, lawyer, mentor, and founder of the Academy, combining his extensive experience in aviation regulation, safety management systems, and pilot training environments to guide future generations.

Embarking on a journey into the world of aviation is a conscious choice fueled by passion and dedication. As an EASA‑approved Flight Academy with over 40 years of international pilot training experience, we created the Young Aviators Academy to provide aspiring young pilots with a structured, safe, and professional introduction to aviation.

Our Cadets will be able to obtain their Private Pilot License (PPL) Training at Dento Aviation Flight Academy from the age of 17 !
